What formats does your package come
in?
All the files
are in zip format. Which means you must extract the files
using a zip program before you open them (most computers
already has a zip software installed). If you don't have one
on your computer, you can go to www.winzip.com to
download winzip or go to www.zipgenius.it to download zipgenius.
All the
files are continually scanned, stored and ready for
downloading from our secure and safe server.
When will I get access to
download the package?
You
will be redirected by paypal to the download page
once you paid even if is 3 AM.
If have any problems with
getting to the download page immediately after payment, please
contact us and we will send you a link to the download
page.
Can I
resell any of the templates or other graphics in the
package?
Yes, you can.
However, Resellers must download and host all the files
themselves on their own server. You may, however, burn the
files to cd or dvd and sell the disc.
IP addresses of
purchasers are matched against those who download from my web
page.
Access to downloads expires after 10 days.
Is account sharing
allowed?
No, sharing an
account is not allowed. Individual accounts must be purchased
for each user.
Can I edit
the templates in this package?
Yes, you can. You
might need an html editor, an image editor and a flash
editor to edit some of the templates.
Can not
afford to get Photoshop? No worries, there is a free
image editor available at www.download.com called The
GIMP. There are also many free html editors available
online.
